Knitwear Designer

The Company:

An exciting opportunity for a Ladies KnitwearDesigner to join a busy department. The role will be working on multi retail accounts, including Missguided, PLT, Very, Lipsy, Boohoo and In The Style

and Studio. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD skills.

The Role:

• Working on multi accounts.
• Creating and producing commercial ladies knitwear designs.
• Extensive market research and comp shops.
• Keeping up to date with fashion trends including colours and shapes.
• Developing ranges.
• Working to meet design briefs.
• Maintaining the company identity and developing their product portfolio.
• Delivering products on budget.

Skills Required:

• Strong CAD skills.
• Experience designing knitwear.
• Must be computer literate.
• Have strong knitwear design work experience
• Have an up to date portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Travel may be required.
