You will play a crucial role in providing a solid foundation for their future learning. Your innovative teaching methods and caring approach will inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning among our Key Stage 1 students.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the national curriculum.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1) is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for KS1.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early years' education and child development.
• Commitment to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
