KS1 Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Lead KS1 team, ensuring top teaching standards with vision, direction, and support.

KS1 Phase Lead Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1.
