Job Duties:- Deliver high-quality teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1) classrooms
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback
- Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure discipline
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching strategies
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Participate in curriculum development and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Stay updated with educational best practises and implement them in the classroom
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the United Kingdom
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1) or relevant educational setting
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Key Stage 1 (KS1) or relevant educational setting
- Thorough understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1 (KS1)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Effective assessment and feedback practises
- Proficient in using educational technology and digital resources
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or a relevant field
- Specialisation or additional training in Key Stage 1 (KS1) education
