Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in Coventry? Aspire People is currently seeking a talented educator to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
Position Overview:As a KS1 Teacher at Aspire People, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for Key Stage 1 students. You will play a crucial role in fostering a love for learning, promoting academic development, and supporting the overall well-being of the children.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS1 students.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to address individual learning needs and maintain a supportive classroom culture.Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the school curriculum and participate in school-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies for primary education.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for creating a positive and enriching educational experience for young learners.
