An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our wonderful school in the village of Clanfield. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is already an HLTA; has recently gained their HLTA qualification or is a qualified teacher looking for a different challenge.
The role will comprise of covering classes four afternoons a week to release teachers for PPA time; provide additional class or small group cover to meet the needs of the school; and deliver small group interventions and 1 to 1 support under the direction of a class teacher or our SENDCO.
The ideal candidate will be someone who values each and every child as an individual; is keen to develop their practice; and understands the importance of relationships between all members of the community.

Ideally, you will:
- Have a range of experiences working with children across KS2
- Have high expectations and a calm, positive attitude
- Be professional, organised, patient and understanding
- Have GCSE Grade C English and maths or equivalent
- Have a HLTA qualification or above
- Understand confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
