We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join a dedicated team at a primary school in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, promoting academic excellence, and contributing to the overall development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 students.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the curriculum, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Utilize effective behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Provide support and accommodations for students with special educational needs (SEN).
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to both students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching practices.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
In-depth knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Proven track record of strong behavior management.
Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
