KS2 TeacherResponsibilities::
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum objectives
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for their learning journey
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and any concerns
KS2 Teacher Requirements::
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in KS2, preferably within a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
Salary
The compensation package for this KS2 position entails a permanent contract paid according to the Main Pay Scale (MPS).
