Address Axcis Education are working with a wonderful primary school - situated on the outskirts of Paignton - who require a Teaching Assistant to support in a Year 5 and 6 class as a general TA in the summer term. The class has some pupils with complex needs, including ADHD, ASD and negative behaviour patterns. For this position, the school are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant, who has preferably worked in a mainstream primary or secondary school. For this position, the rate of pay is between £85-95 a day, depending on your level of experience. The school is a lovely village school. It has a fantastic community, including events hosted by the school. The behaviour and learning attitudes of the children are very positive and staff have commented on how it is an amazing school to work at.
