SalaryScience Solutions are looking to recruit a Lab Assistant for one of our clients based in Hertford.
No experience is required for this position as full training will be provided. Previous experience of physical testing is highly desirable.
This position is on a temporary basis working 28 hours per week. The role itself has potential to go permanent dependant on performance.
Role requirements:
- No previous experience required as full training will be provided.
- Knowledge or understanding of various physical tests will be highly advantageous such as stress, strength, compression.
- Any previous experience in the use of DMA is also highly advantageous.
Role responsibilities:
- Prepare and test samples to national and international standards and client specifications.
- Assist in the calibration and performance verification testing.
- Accurately maintain lab records both soft and hard forms of test data.
- General housekeeping duties in around the laboratory.
