SalaryWe are working on behalf of one of our clients in the Stanley area who are looking for a Lab Assistant to join their team.
This is a full time temporary to permanent role with rotating shifts of 6.00am-2.00pm, 2.00pm-10.00pm, 10.00pm-6.00am, Monday to Friday, with overtime available
Duties of the role:
- To implement and monitor quality control procedures
- Ensure correct paperwork/security tags on incoming deliveries prior to offload
- Monitoring of storage
- Ensure product is acceptable for packaging
- Inspection of raw materials
- Routine laboratory testing
- Quality control
- Following a strict health and safety procedure
Essential Experience:
- You must be 18 years old and above due to nature of work and shift patterns
- Computer literate, previous experience using Excel
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience working in a lab
- QA Experience
- Own transport would be desirable due to location
