Organon in Cramlington, UK is hiring Product Testing Analysts to join our QC Lab.
Role responsibilities:
- Ensuring the maintenance of compliant status of the laboratory in accordance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the maintenance of laboratory support functions (for example, sample receipt, Quality Standards) in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- Supporting divisional and site safety objectives through the reporting of near miss incidents and accidents to facilitate the site safety culture.
- Planning and scheduling of testing, ensuring all internal and external measures are achieved.
- Ensure Balance Scorecard targets are achieved and monitored with a view to enhancing Product Testing requirements to meet customer expectations.
- Supporting the continuous review, improvement and harmonisation of documentation within the departments.
- Developing and producing GMP Procedures to maintain and further encourage standard practices and compliance status of the departments.
- Ensure/support laboratory deviations/abnormal occurrences are performed within the time frame required and according to the SOP and to ensure all corrective actions/recommendations are completed within the agreed timeframe.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.
- Excellent planning and organising skills.

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
