Leaders in care are currently working with an highly rated local authority in the South West, for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join the looked after children service, for a pay rate of £42 per hour, which is one of the highest in the area.
This is a great chance to work with an Ofsted rated Outstanding council, who offer flexible working hours and hybrid working too, this includes opportunities to condense your hours over 4 days instead of 5 as well as organizing your own diary, so you can manage your time how you see fit. This is because we feel that having a work life balance is important, and this council adopts that same view!
