Validation Engineer

Salary - Up to 45,000 p/a

Location - Slough

Working days - Monday to Friday (Day shifts)

Key responsibilities of the Validation Engineer include:

• Responsible for the technical delivery of the low and medium-pressure Electromechanical products.
• Support production to ensure delivery of product on time and to specification.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine root causes and establish solutions.
• Review customer's specifications, providing feedback to the commercial team.
• Share innovative & creative ideas and new concepts to solve design challenges.
• Continuously challenge the way the company works and proactively seek opportunities to improve the way they do things.
• Review the market and engage with external organisations to keep abreast of opportunities, changes in legislation, and market trends. Manage and update ERP data to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

Requirements for the Validation Engineer:

• Must have a relevant STEM qualification, preferably a good degree, or suitable experience, with excellent demonstrable technical knowledge.
• Passionate about continuous improvement.
• Product-minded and focused on building high-quality products.
• Have an analytical, inquisitive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain large data sets with excellent attention to detail.
• Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
• Must be proactive and results-driven.
