Land Buyer / Land Manager - Mixed Use

We are currently working with a National Developer who are seeking additional support within their current Land Team.

They develop across the UK a variety of residential / mixed use schemed projects ranging in size from 30 units to 100.

Duties:

Collaborate with the Land Director throughout the entire land acquisition process, spanning from initial identification through due diligence, offer, contract negotiation, purchase, planning, and pre-start activities on acquired sites.

Conduct comprehensive competitor sales analysis.

Coordinate land offers by working closely with various departments such as Technical, Commercial, Planning, and Sales.

Contribute to maintaining and expanding the Division s crucial contact base, including interactions with land agents, landowners and Local Authroities.

This is a Land Buyer / Purchasing land role. You will have experience sourcing and purchasing land from either a Developer / Main contractor or Registered Provider from a mixed use land background. Not just residential housing.
