They are currently looking for a Land Buyer or Senior Land Buyer to join their growing central region with will cover the Midlands and the South West of England. I this role you will be working closely with the Regional Land Director identifying new business opportunities.The role will require* Identify and source residential sites in the region* Market research* Negotiate with all parties* Build relationships with all stakeholders* Work closely with the Planners to secure planning permissions* Land appraisals* Travel across the region to visit sites and landownersDesired Skills & Qualifications* 2+ years experience as a Land Buyer with a housebuilder* Relevant degree (not essential)* Driving licenceSalary & Benefits* Salary DOE* Car Allowance* BonusKeen to hear about other opportunities like this?
