Nicholas Associates (Engineering & Technical) are recruiting for a Land Consultant with a background in land applications for our client, a Net Zero and renewable energy specialist.
This position has emerged due to a rapid increase in business enquiries and demand. Therefore this means they require an individual with a land consultancy background to help push the company to the next level and achieve net zero goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver potential site shortlists to management
Source viable land UK wide for renewable technologies
Engage with businesses and land owners to establish needs and wishes for projects
Maximise commercial opportunities for stakeholders and land owners alike
Required Skills and Experience
Building relationships with agents, landowners, and various business contacts
Adaptability to various diverse projects and communication methods
Educate and inform points of contact on buying, leasing and various pro’s and cons on differing solutions
Process driven with to commercial and legal matters
