Land Director

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Land Director for a housebuilder covering Berkshire and the surrounding counties. 

The company build c400 units a year and are looking for an experienced Land Director or Head of Land from a similar business.

You will have efficiently managed a Land department, as part of the senior management team, and overseen a team of land, planning and development managers to ensure that suitable commercially viable land is being bought and planning achieved. 

You will hold a relevant degree and / or professional qualifications, and have a good understanding of planning, legal and technical matters. 

You will need to have strong local knowledge, have an established network of contacts, and be able to demonstrate your experience of buying sites in the patch. 

They are looking to appoint someone with a proactive nature who is able to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
