Land Referencer

Role Overview

A great opportunity to join Savills Land Referencing Team to support the day-to-day delivery of land referencing requirements for our high profile infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake land referencing activities including HMLR titles interrogation, desktop research and landowner liaison
Manage information in land referencing databases and produce land ownership/referencing plans
Support in the delivery of land access and land agreements
Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings

Key Skills

Knowledge of due diligence HMLR titles interrogation
Knowledge of Land Referencing and Statutory Process for DCO, Hybrid Bill, CPO, TWAO, etc.
Familiarity with GIS
Attention to detail and good investigation skills
Knowledge of Registers of Scotland ScotLIS and Scotland’s General Register of Sasines (desirable) 

Team Overview

The Infrastructure Projects team is a single department covering the whole of the UK. It consists of over 60 staff located throughout the country at entry level to those with over 30 years’ experience.
We specialise in Infrastructure and Utilities clients and projects and are passionate about the high levels of service and collaborative working with our clients.
