We are currently recruiting for a Landscape Architect to join an award-winning Architectural practice based in their Bristol office.
This offers an exciting opportunity to join an established practice that has offices spanning across the UK as well as internationally. The company has expertise in a wide range of sectors, offering services including Architecture, Interior Design, Property and Asset Management, Building Consultancy, and Building Surveying just to name a selection!
Currently working on a variety of projects within Healthcare, Residential, Technology, and Sports, Leisure, and Hospitality, candidates will be ensured that they have access to a varied workload - ideal for diversifying and enhancing your portfolio! Featured projects such as The Spine in Liverpool, the UK Hydrographic Office in Taunton, and Langarth Garden Village in Cornwall all provide insight into some of the exciting work you will be a part of.
Candidates will be joined by 15 other workers in the Bristol office, providing a tight knit yet hardworking group to learn from and work with. The salary for this position ranges from £35,000-£45,000 depending on previous experience, as well as numerous additional working bonuses.
The Role: Landscape Architect
* Must have experience in developing landscape detailing/technical drawings
* Provision of creative and technical input
* Building relationships with clients
* Commercial management of projects
* Contributing towards interest and bids expressions
* Ability to work under pressure and have strong work-ethic are essential
* Willingness to work collaboratively with Landscape and Architecture teams
