Landscape Architect

An established Architectural Practise in Lewes and Milton Keynes is looking to add an ambitious and creative Landscape Architect to their growing team.

The Landscape Architect Role

The successful Landscape Architect will join a multidisciplinary team consisting of Landscape Architects, environmental consultants and planners.

Working across a variety of sectors, the new Landscape Architect will have no shortage of exciting work to get involved in such as Commercial, Leisure, Education, Care and Extra Care, Residential, Green Energy Schemes and LVIA/EIAs.

As the Landscape Architect, you will take part in both leading projects and working within a team. You will ideally be Part III qualified with previous experience or recently Part IV qualified and will travel to sites on average once a week.

Further responsibilities :

• Bringing creativity to all stages of the planning and design process
• Ability to lead a project
• Ability and insight to develop a brief and enhance a project and the projects opportunities
• Previous experience, ideally within a consultancy setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in leading Landscape Architecture on large, complex projects.
• Must be able to provide evidence of independent work.
• Motivation and insight to develop a brief and enhance a project's opportunities
• Good team workers with an enthusiasm for working with the related professions
• Desire to complete to the highest standards and within deadlines

The Landscape Architect

• Degree or Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture
• Previous experience in a Landscape Architect role
• Ideally Chartered or currently working towards
