We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our companies highly skilled fast growing team on a permanent basis in the Reading region. We are looking for a Landscaping Foreman who is ambitious, driven and self-motivated to help the landscaping team to deliver high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
- As a Landscaping Foreman you will lead a specialist team to deliver high quality projects to the customer base.
- You will expand the teams to meet the requirements of the business, develop the individuals within and to ensure the company’s reputation remains excellent.
- You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures are met and followed.
- You will have excellent industry knowledge and will be able to demonstrate this through possessing experience in a similar role.
Requirements
- Strong English written and communication skills required.
- Must have experience with soft landscaping.
- Have leadership experience in the same or similar industry.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK, without restriction.
- Posses a full UK driver’s license.
- CSCS Card required.
