The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-established print business based in Abingdon who are looking to recruit an experienced and hands on printer to join their welcoming team.

As a Large Format and Studio Print Operative, you will be an integral part of the entire print process from start to finish. You will be responsible for liaising with customers, raising quotes and working with customer to get their artwork print ready to being hands on; loading machinery, Large Format printing before finishing to a high standard.

Our client have built strong working relationships with some impressive well-known brands over many years, therefore, this role is suited to a candidate with a genuine love for creating a great end product and willing to go above and beyond to fulfil customer orders to a high standard.

Requirements

• Experience of working within a commercial printer and comfortable using Large Format printers
• Creative flair, with strong working knowledge on Mac computers, Adobe Creative Suite and other systems
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise directly with clients
• Comfortable with the full print process from getting art work print ready to finishing
• A real 'doer’ who is happy to go outside the box in order to deliver for every client
