The Role:
John Williams Recruitment have partnered with the UK's largest independent loss adjusting and claims solutions group, with an award-winning reputation for innovation and high-quality technical loss adjusting and claims-related services who are on the lookout for a Large Loss Claims Handler to join their Motor TPA team.
As the Large Loss Claims Handler you will be responsible for dealing with serious injury and complex Loss Claims including fatalities arising out of RTA’s within our Motor TPA Team. You will provide first class customer service to our customers, clients, and colleagues, ensuring client specific service level criteria is met. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients
Key Skills:
* Excellent degree of knowledge of serious injuries/fatalities/Large Loss related claims
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, both oral and written, including an excellent telephone manner
* Good understanding of liability, contributory negligence arguments, indemnity, and fraud claims handling
* Good degree of IT competency and literacy
* Good organisation and time management skills with experience of diary management
* Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
