The Position
As a Laundry Valet Attendant your role is to provide a home away from home experience for all our guests, through a speedy, precise, yet thoughtful and unobtrusive service delivery.You will take pride and ownership of our guest’s requests in bringing them to completion at the highest level of detail and presentation.
Shift pattern: x2 days per week (20 hours)
You will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping team with the Valet and Laundry/Dry Cleaning services, including guest garments delivery, laundry services, dry cleaning and pressing of our guest garments to exacting standards. You will also manage the hotel’s uniforms, ensuring our team’s appearance is flawless in keeping with the Company's standards.
You will be organized with great attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to anticipate the guests' needs. You will be able to demonstrate a natural elegance and passion for providing luxry service to our guests.
Your ability to assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the Valet, and liaise with other teams to facilitate an unparalleled experience for our guests will define your success in the role. In turn, you will be given the support to develop your own skills and career with us.
