We are recruiting an L&D Advisor for a progressive and exciting organisation in the Newcastle area. Working as part of the HR team you will report into a great L&D Manager.
For this role, we are looking for an experienced Trainer with CIPD L3 ideally or training qualification or equivalent. Ideally you will have an e-learning background, or you will have used e-learning platforms and an LMS. It would be great if you have worked within an HR team as part of an L&D function but it’s not essential.
In this role you will support the L&D Manager in conducting learning needs analysis and research across the Group, through the use of Skills Matrices and other tools and discussions with stakeholders. You will design the content for in-house learning and development materials for staff and managers which are aligned to meet organisational and individual needs; this includes utilising E learning tools Vyond, Articulate and Thrive LMS.
As L&D Advisor you will carry out the delivery of learning and development activities to new and existing colleagues as and when required, either face to face or virtual as appropriate, ensuring that learning events are timely, focused, relevant and provide value for money to the business.
This is a full-time role, 35 hours Mon – Friday and is based in the Newcastle area.
In return this role will attract a salary of up to £37k with a 5% bonus.
