About the role
We are looking for an L&D Co-ordinator to join our passionate Deployment Team who are part of the wider HR Division, on a permanent basis. Completing a team of 5, you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of NFU Mutual’s Learning Management System. This involves the co-ordination of training delivery, events and meetings throughout the business providing an excellent end to end customer service for our delegates, trainers, suppliers and colleagues.
You will become an expert in your area and will update and maintain content in the Learning Management System to provide appropriate learning solutions. You will also take responsibility for the team’s mailbox on a rota system, answering all queries from the wider business relating to our learning management system and its contents.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who might be looking to start their career within L&OD, you will join a supportive team who provide a seamless and pivotal service to the wider business.
About you
You have a proven administration background and the ability to multitask effectively, ideally you will have experience of managing diaries and a basic level of understanding of excel is essential. You have strong attention to detail skills and are organised in your approach. Experience of working within a team, using effective communication, and collaborating to change processes and procedures to enhance customer experience is a must.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of working with a Learning Management System is desirable
- Basic understanding of accounting is desirable
