Oakleaf Partnership are working with a reputable leading brand in Manchester who are recruiting for a Learning & Development Business Partner. The role will join an established and collaborative HR team who are passionate and customer focussed. The L&D Business Partner will define and shape the learning culture across the company group and manage the full L&D cycle. There will be a key focus on digital learning and leadership and management development. The role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working.
What is the role?
As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR team and senior leaders to define and shape the learning culture across all areas of business. You will support the creation and execution of the talent management strategy; identify and develop learning needs; design, develop and deliver a leadership development programme; create and support digital learning and play an integral role in the implementation of a learning management system. You will also develop and drive an approach to apprenticeships, early careers and partnerships to create a longer-term plan to attract develop retain future talent.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, experience managing multiple projects and priorities, a proven track record of designing and delivering a wide range of learning solutions, be skilled in digital learning and familiar with learning management system design. You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to coach, guide and influence stakeholders and have detailed knowledge of learning theories and methodologies.
