Reporting to the Head of L&D and forming part of a wider HR team, this is a key role which will support the employee’s learning journey and development throughout their career within the organisation.
The role:
This is an exciting time to join the organisation, to support the Head of L&D in delivering a proactive and progressive L&D service to the business. You will manage the training needs using the established LMS whilst delivering a variety of training programmes and workshops, topics could include – ED&I, psychometrics, HR softer skills, leadership development, technical training and mentoring programmes.
About you:
You will be passionate about designing, facilitating and delivering L&D interventions. As an avid learner yourself, you will be a curious, confident and credible presenter always looking for innovative ideas within the L&D space. The role requires you to be on sire at least 2 days a week however this is not rigid and when you are delivering workshops, you will be on site more. You will be delivery focused and experienced in designing HR softer skills training as well as organising technical training. A thirst for learning new systems and technologies is also key.
