The company are well established, with a design, installations and service department...
And are looking for somebody with strong Air Conditioning service engineering experience, to lead a small team including 1 apprentice, across commercial service, maintenance and repairs jobs by providing technical support in person and by phone whilst also completing your own jobs
They have in house training facilities, some very impressive clients across Hertfordshire and Essex, and a very experienced as well as understanding management team- So will be able to supply an organised schedule and progression opportunities to the right person

The Air conditioning Engineer role in a nutshell:
* Your role will involve travelling in a mobile position around Hertfordshire, Essex, and North London to provide service, maintenance, and repairs support to impressive clients such as; retail shops, events and hospitality buildings, as well as education sectors and more
* The type of equipment will include; splits, multi-splits, VRVs, VRFs, and AHU systems.
* You will help with training the Apprentice on the team, and support 2 other engineers with help required
* You will attend one weekly meeting at the office, and monthly training
* There are opportunities to move to a 4 day week in the future
