SalaryI am currently working with a company based in London who are looking for a Lead Algorithms Engineer on an initial 12 month contract.
Skills:
- Experience in developing, designing and coding DSP and supervised classification algorithms for low-latency applications
- Knowledge of positioning systems
- 5 years’ experience managing a team of at least 3-5 members including contractors
- Well-versed in using mathematical software for data extraction and simulation of algorithm performance (Python, MATLAB or similar)
- Understanding of big data storage and data labelling for supervised learning algorithms
Responsibilities:
- Deliver well written code
- Lead the data science team
- Provide technical leadership on data science across the organisation
- Work closely with sports scientists to define & collect data
