We are looking for a Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner to join a Private Hospital close to Central London. This full-time anaesthetic role is based in London and offers a salary of £50,000 p/a and excellent benefits.
Please note this position requires you to achieve a professional working relationship with all Department Users and Hospital colleagues.

- Contribute to the development and evaluation of practice
- Act as mentor to unqualified support staff and pre-registration students
- Participate in the planning and delivery of care during the perioperative period
- Ensure all anaesthetic equipment is checked and available before the start of the list
- Recognize the workload of colleagues and provide support as necessary
To apply for this Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner role, you must be a Registered Nurse with a recognized postgraduate qualification. You will also require:
- A registered ODP with a cert HE/Diploma
- Significant post-registration skills in the anaesthetic area
- Ability to act as a preceptor to newly qualified staff
- To monitor and care for the sedated patients during procedures
- Knowledge of patient confidentiality
