Role Profile
My client is a thriving manufacturing / engineering business in the Stockport area, looking to hire a Quality Engineer with strong IMS / Integrated Management System experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining and ensuring compliance to the company's Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001)
- Delivering annual internal and external audit programmes including training of internal colleagues and closing any subsequent audit actions
- Carrying out supplier audits and supporting bids, tenders and questionnaires from a QHSE perspective
- Driving improvements in policies and procedures across Quality, Health and Safety
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a Lead Auditor /Quality Engineer, with strong working knowledge of Integrated Management Systems
- Previous experience implementing or maintaining QMS / IMS
- Proven track record working in technical manufacturing and/or engineering environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
