Lead Bid Writer

As a Lead Bid Writer, You will be responsible for managing the bid writing process, ensuring the creation of compelling and high-quality proposals that align with our clients' needs and objectives, with a focus on Engineering Services.

• The development and submission of bids and tenders for a range of project sizes, across a variety of STEM markets, with a focus on electronic, electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to ensure Gattaca remains competitive in tender submissions.
• Measure and report on bid success rates and implement strategies to improve win rates over time.
  

* Strong experience in bid writing within an Engineering company, preferably within the STEM sectors, Or previous engineering experience before moving into the world of Bids

* The ability to question, comprehend and articulate compelling responses

* Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritising as necessary to meet deadlines.
