Lead Business Analyst

Lioness Recruitment – careers handled with care. Fancy a new challenge working for a large public sector business engaged in multiple cutting-edge IT transformation projects? They’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience working on projects with housing asset management systems or Dynamics 365 specifically to join the team on their journey. This role is offered majority remote working with a requirement to attend offices across Hampshire one to two days per week, on average.

Your main responsibilities as Lead Business Analyst will be to gather requirements and provide root cause analysis to provide the business with system efficiencies as they move to new technology. You will support a small team in process definition, user story creation, testing definition, support and translate customer centric user experience into technical documentation. You will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Gantt charts, risk and issue logs/RAID logs, business cases etc. It is essential for these contracts that you have solid experience of social housing asset management software and associated modules and/or Dynamics 365.

Essential experience:

• A successful commercial track record in an IT Business Analysis capacity from within a local authority or social housing environment
• Social Housing Asset Management systems such as Civica Asset/Keystone, MRI Asset/Orchard Asset/Promaster/Asset4000, Integrator, Pimss etc
• Experience of various project management techniques such as Agile, WAgile, Kanban, Waterfall, and Scrum
• Technical documentation
• Working with multiple project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
• A business analysis certification and another IT specific certification
• Agile techniques (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in particular) would be highly desirable for this role
• Dynamics 365 experience would also be highly desirable
