This role is a national based position, you will be expected to travel and work away from home, with some occasional work from home or at one of our local branches

What you ll do

Join our dynamic Implementation team as a Lead Business Systems Trainer, driving the forefront of digital innovation and supporting our ongoing Digital Transformation. As the go-to expert for system training, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful training sessions to branch teams across our diverse portfolio. Your proactive approach ensures that training aligns with project timelines, adapting seamlessly to system improvements. You'll take ownership of your success, thriving in a geographically dispersed team, passionate about change and improvement. Additionally, you'll provide crucial support to the Business Systems Training Manager, acting as an SME within the team and aiding in daily planning activities. Your key responsibilities include onboarding and upskilling team members, delivering training sessions with enthusiasm, ensuring outcomes are achieved, providing on-site support, becoming an SME for the implemented Transformation, maintaining training materials, and building relationships with stakeholders.

What you need

• Proven expertise in training and developing system users across diverse environments, both individually and in group settings.

• Structured approach to delivering engaging and effective training sessions.

• Highly adaptable and solution-oriented, thriving in dynamic and changing environments.

• Possess strong operational awareness, empathising with users and understanding their perspectives.

• Excel in IT skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• Inherently self-motivated, persistent, and diligent, exhibiting trustworthiness and intuition.

• Exceptional time management, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines effectively.

• Capable of working autonomously without constant supervision.
