This client operates on a hybrid working model with 3 days every two weeks being onsite near Liverpool Street Station
Our client is a global leader in the legal field and they looking for a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to join the team. Your main responsibilities will be
- Guide and mentor the cloud engineering team.
- Lead architectural discussions, make design decisions, and promote best practices in cloud development.
- Designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure Cloud Platforms and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, and align cloud initiatives with business goals.
- Optimize cloud performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, automating processes and enhancing resource utilization.
- Ensure cloud security and compliance through robust measures, incident resolution, and governance adherence.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud Platforms
- Low-level design experience
- Exposure to High-level design
- Experience with scripting i.e. Powershell
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC)
- Good understanding of Network protocols in Azure environments
- Exposure to GCP and AWS is desirable
- Experience with Bicep and Ansible is desirable
