Role Description

• Operating Rumble Deburr and Laser part marking machines
• Machine setting and pre-setting of tooling
• Setting programming and operating of 3,4 & 5 axis machines
• Quality inspection of all produced parts
• Maintaining all housekeeping standards
• Programming from technical drawings in various file formats
• Leading the CNC team and reporting directly to senior management
• Use of AutoCAD and offline programming systems

Skills and Qualifications

• Time Served / Apprentice trained
• Previous experience with a range of material
• Prototyping/New product development knowledge desirable
• Experience with precision engineering
