Job Title: Lead Coach (East Sussex) Salary: £22,050 per annum Hours: 35 hours per week Location: East Sussex & the Foundation's offices on Freshfield Road, Brighton Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Deadline Day: 26th February 2024 About Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation We compete at the highest levels of football on a global stage whilst keeping our Sussex community spirit. Join us as a Lead Coach in our Football Participation Team We are looking for an experienced Coach to deliver high quality football sessions across our Football Participation programmes. You will deliver a minimum of 28 hours a week practical sessions, using the remainder of your time to complete important administrative requirements. You will be required to create engaging session plans, identify talent and to act as first point of contact with parents. Your Lead Coach bio It is essential that you have extensive knowledge of the football industry, with previous experience of delivering in curriculum and after-school club activity. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a consistent team player.
