We are looking for outstanding individuals with experience of working collections, although we are open to transferrable experience in other environments or with other types of debt recovery. You must be IT literate and have good numeracy and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Resilience and rapport-building are also key skills for the role. You will enjoy having the autonomy to make decisions and thrive on speaking to people from all backgrounds
Part of the role would be making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from customers and asking the right questions to understand how you can best help them with their payment plans. You will also be supervising a team of Collection Specialists to support in training and escalation for technical queries with some people management meetings.

It would be beneficial if you have worked in a debt recovery/collections environment, with strong attention to detail.
In addition to your individual responsibilities, you will also play a pivotal role in supporting the Collections Team Leader. This includes assisting with resource planning, managing people processes, and contributing to day-to-day team management.
