As our Lead Contract Support, you will spearhead administrative excellence to ensure the seamless operation of our client's contract. This is not a role for the faint-hearted; we need someone who can lead without compromise and is ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the contract.
- Running the Contract Support team, a group of firey and outspoken girls on a university contract in the heart of London.
- Oversee invoicing processes in adherence to contractual payment terms.
- Collaborate with Managers and Finance to handle financial processes and coordinate additional costs related to suppliers or subcontractors.
- Proactively manage and resolve queries from internal and external customers.
- Lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 - 5pm, 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a lead or senior position within a Contract Support role.
- Extensive background in contract administration within an FM environment - This is essential. If you have no Contract Support experience, your application will not be considered.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and driving teams to success.
- Strong administrative expertise, including financial support activities
- Commercial awareness with experience working within SLAs and KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
