Our client is currently looking for Lead Contract Supportto work from an office in Leeds - you'll be responsible for managing the helpdesk team as well as supporting the contract/account manager on a day-to-day basis.

Key Tasks for a Lead Contract Support:
- Build and develop relationships with key business and account holders, customers and external clients
- Compiling contract reviews
- Liaising with client regarding payment of invoices
- Site inductions
- Raising PO's as and when required
- Managing the helpdesk team
- Team KPI management and support
- Co-ordination of sub-contractor files ensuring they are statutorily compliant with QHSE requirements
- Manage the teams submissions of weekly reports to include WiP, debt, invoice pool and OPO updates
- Logging hazards & customer feedbacks
- Deliver and maintain compliance through the required procedures through the Contract Support team
Qualifications / Experience for a Lead Contract Support:
- Educated to GCSE / A - Level / University standard
- Highly computer literate
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the FM industry
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience
- Well presented
- Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
