Empro are working with a global leader in real estates to recruit a Lead Contract Support to join their Data Centre Solutions in Slough. 

Purpose of the Job

A customer and team facing role to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business, to provide a comprehensive and flexible administration service to the Contact Manager/AGM.

In this role, you will monitor and maintain the attendance planner, process weekly timesheets and expenses, and update people records, ensuring communication with relevant teams such as Payroll and HR. You will build relationships with internal and external customers, answer calls and emails professionally, participate in training courses and meetings, and occasionally supervise Contract Support.
You will join customer Work Planning Meetings, support technical staff with planning tasks, and help compile the monthly Contract Review Pack. Your duties include arranging call-outs, maintenance visits, and materials delivery, meeting contracted SLAs, and preparing operational and financial reports. You will capture data on PPM and Reactive Tasks in the CAFM system and drive performance through task planning and tracking.
You will maintain QHSE documentation, manage the CAFM system, and develop systems to enhance task performance according to SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, you will implement innovations to improve contract performance, maintain records, and ensure an auditable trail.
Financial responsibilities include maintaining WIP, OPOs, and debt within agreed parameters, attending weekly finance meetings, completing sub-contractor reviews, managing the Web quote system, and processing supplier invoices. You will also create POs and sales invoices, assist with month-end financial reporting, and demonstrate SOX compliance.
