n nThe ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals within a SaaS environment.
n nResponsibilities

- Own overall relationship with assigned clients n
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients n
- Aid clients in achieving their goals n
- Have a deep understanding of the SaaS platform. n
- Driving the SaaS B2B contract retention strategy. n
- Develop a deep understanding of a client's business, brand, industry, and consumers/customers - as well as the role of consumer and influencer insight in bringing their commercial ambitions to life n
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention and organic growth through Value Realisation processes and Quarterly Business Reviews n
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience n
- Experience working for a SaaS company n
- Experience in Customer Success n
- Experience around account retentions and renewals n
- Experieince in B2B product renewals. n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills n
- Detail oriented and analytical n
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction n
