AddressLead Cyber Security Engineer - Fully Remote
Our award-winning client is currently looking for a Lead Cyber Security Engineer. As the Lead Cyber Security Engineer, you will support the Cyber Function in delivering business objectives and implementation of the Cyber Security strategy to meet business infrastructure needs. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Cyber Security solutions and services to support the delivery of the Cyber Security Strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the absence of the Cyber security lead when required.
- Provide technical mentorship to the Cyber Security team.
- Solid understanding of the IT Infrastructure estate and best practices of secure by design
- Provide technical expertise as a Senior Cyber Operations Engineer; participate in the formulation of Security Engineering best practices; assess security configurations; and documentation of security processes, controls, and procedures
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding in the following areas; Azure, MCAS, Defender, MIP, Office365 Security, Intune
- Experience and working knowledge of the build, configuration, and support of Microsoft technologies, SharePoint, PC, server, and network systems, anti-virus packages, Virtualisation (VMWare and/or Hyper-V)
- Support and act as a senior advisor on the design, implementation, establishment, and management of a Cyber Security function.
- Experience in penetration process and vulnerability remediation including risk.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cyber Security technologies such as Sentinel, AIP, DLP, etc.
- CISSP desirable
