This esteemed practice is searching for a dedicated individual to assume a key role within their team, with a generous salary of £32,240 per annum, negotiable based on experience and expertise. The successful candidate will enjoy a structured work week, Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 09:00 to 18:00 and only the occasional Saturday required, ensuring a balanced professional and personal life.
The role extends beyond chairside assistance, which will be a part of the weekly routine for 2-3 days. Responsibilities also include decontamination processes, supporting and mentoring fellow nurses, and administrative duties, all integral to the smooth operation of the practice.
To thrive in this position, a GDC registration is essential, ensuring compliance and a foundation of professional standards. A robust command of the English language, both written and spoken, is crucial for effective communication within the team and with patients.
While experience as a lead nurse is desirable, it is the drive to lead and the passion for patient care that will set a candidate apart. The practice utilises Exact dental software, and familiarity with this system will be beneficial, though not mandatory.
