IN A NUTSHELL 🥜

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Designer (6-month FTC) to be a driving force in our growing team at Bulk™.As Lead Designer, you will not only bring your exceptional skills and experience but also lead a talented team of graphic designers.

From shaping brand identities to steering campaign art direction, delving into performance marketing, crafting digital designs, and enhancing packaging – your creative expertise will both inspire and mentor the team and leave your mark across diverse platforms.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 designers and 1 motion designer, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs.

• Collaborate closely with internal team and external agencies including copywriters, marketing, and studio management to develop aligned visual concepts.

• Lead the creation of compelling visual content for product and trade campaigns.

• Oversee the design process for performance marketing materials, optimising visual assets for digital and print mediums to drive engagement and conversion.

• Develop and execute packaging designs in line with new product developments and ensure packaging performs across the user experience by working closely with product and customer experience teams.

• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and creativity within the team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience (around 8+ years) as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, campaign creation, digital design, and packaging.

• Ideally, you'll have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field under your belt.

• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team of junior designers.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), motion graphics tools, and other relevant design applications such as Midjourney.

• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.

• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for sports nutrition or related industries is a plus.

HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
