Lead Developer / Principal Engineer (Go/Golang) (Fully Remote)

Lead Developer / Principal Engineer with commercial Golang experience required for my client on a Fully Remote basis.

• 5 years + experience at least 2 years of those as Lead developer or Principal Engineer.
• Familiar with supervising multiple smaller agile teams and working with a 3 amigo's style approach to team management.
• Used to working with a product manager.
• Able to run agile ceremonies including things like team health checks.
• Experience writing job specs for roles under you as well as interviewing.
• Experience dealing with team HR issues.
• Team training advocate constantly pushing team members to strive and improve.
• 5 years + working in cloud environments - AWS.
• Experience in architecting small to mid projects in a serverless/microservice cloud native architecture.
• Cloud project financial planning/monitoring experience.
• Cybersecure best practice and approach to all development and architecture.
• Understands supporting fully autonomous teams and team enablement.
• Great at knowledge sharing between staff, not just own knowledge but helping others share theirs too.
