Responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of detailed electrical design and engineering projects, implementing continual improvements and supporting management
- Interacting with clients and mentoring/supervising graduate engineers and the engineering team
- Preparing technical proposals and scopes whilst building internal and external relationships
- Analysing load flow, short circuit analysis and arc flash studies, risk assessments, harmonic analysis, transformer energisation and protection co-ordination, transient stability, transient motor starting analysis and grid compliance studies with other engineers
With strong interpersonal skills, technical competence, attention to detail and report writing ability, you will also:
- Have a 2:1 degree in Electrical Engineering or similar and be working towards Chartered Engineer status, with significant industry experience including power engineering and design of both high and low voltage systems
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT and CDEGs
- Have proven EPC type capital/revenue project technical leadership including budgeting
