The successful Lead Electrician will be expected to carry out:
- QS duties
- Signing off certificates supplied by trades team
- Day to day repairs
- Maintenance work in tenanted and void social housing properties
We are keen to speak to any Lead Electrician who holds any of the following:
- 2 years experience with QS duties
- 18th Edition
- NVQ Level 3
- AM2
- 2391 is desirable
